• Please bring your Japanese health insurance card and the referral letter if you have. If you do not have a Japanese health insurance card, it will be considered as self-pay (not covered by insurance), but we can still provide the service.
• We only accept cash (Japanese Yen) when you receive health insurance treatment. Credit cards can only be used for medical treatments not covered by insurance.
• Please wear a mask while staying in the clinic to prevent the infection outbreak.

Parking

NOTES

• When using an affiliated parking lot, please remember to not forget getting a parking ticket and present it to the clinic reception desk.
• We will exchange your parking ticket for the amount of time that you stayed.
• Both of the listed parking lots are on a first-come-first-served basis, and space cannot be secured by the clinic. In some cases, please understand beforehand that it is possible that the parking lot is full.
